Liability disclaimer
Client understands that during our training services, Rae Canine won't be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by any person, dog ,vehicle, or personal property. By training with us, you agree to free Rae Canine and our trainers from any blame or costs related to these risks, unless caused by the Trainer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Dog Training & Control
By engaging in our services, you agree to the following regarding your dog's training and control:

Your Commitment to Consistency: You understand that successful dog training requires consistent effort and practice from you as the owner.. Our training sessions provide guidance and techniques, but your dog's behaviour will not be "fixed" by the trainer alone; continued work by the owner is essential for lasting results.

Use of Training Tools: You grant Rae Canine permission to use various training tools, as discussed and agreed upon with you, that are deemed suitable for your individual dog's needs. This may include, but is not limited to, flat collars, slip leads/collars, flexi lead/long lines, prong collars and muzzles.

On-Lead Requirement: For the safety of all, your dog must remain on a lead at all times during training sessions unless specifically instructed by your Rae Canine trainer to remove it.
3. Health and Safety/ Vet care authorization

​​In the event of an emergency, illness, or injury to the Client's dog during training, if the Client cannot be reached, the Trainer is authorized to seek immediate veterinary care. (During 1-2-1’s and group classes clients hold responsibility for their dog’s care).

Client agrees to be solely responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred and must provide current vaccination records if requested upon and inform the Trainer of any existing medical conditions or allergies.

If your dog has a history of aggression towards people or other animals, this must be disclosed prior to the first session. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify training plans if undisclosed aggression poses a safety risk.

Do not bring a sick dog to a training session. Please notify us immediately if your dog is unwell.
4. Payment Terms

Fees: All training fees are due as per invoice schedule.

Payment Methods: We accept cash and bank transfer.

Late Payments: We accept late payments if agreed with Rae Canine, otherwise payment must be made by invoice date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged half the session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Rae Canine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or packages.

Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered on a pro-rata basis, subject to an administrative fee.

Deposits are non refundable.

5. Attendance

We welcome children under 18, but for their safety and the focus of our training, they must remain under the direct supervision of an adult parent or guardian at all times during sessions.

We kindly request all attendees to follow the safety instructions and training guidance provided by our trainers.
6. Agreement
When you book and participate in a service with Rae Canine, you're confirming your understanding and agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. This ensures the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
