RAE: Reliable and Effective dog training
About us

About
I have always loved dogs and got my first pup, Jenna, a collie cross, when I was 8. We participated in agility and a dog display team, which fueled my passion. Later, I got Balto, an Australian Kelpie x Border Collie, who was once reactive due to bad experiences with other dogs, so personally, as an owner, I can understand the struggles people face when their dog is reactive. I dedicated hours to training, practising on walks and watching videos from other trainers. Now, Balto assists in controlled socialisation with my client dogs. My passion for dog training led me to learn various methods from trainers worldwide, developing my own approach and attaining a degree in animal behaviour. I understand the challenges of having a reactive dog and feel privileged to share my knowledge to help other owners improve their dogs' behaviour and daily lives, learning more about our canine companions every day!
